Once you click 'Proceed to billing' at the bottom of this page, you'll be prompted to enter your billing details.
Your plan
This sets up a monthly recurring payment from the card details entered, and your renewal date will be on this day, every month (your ‘monthiversary’) until cancelled, as detailed in our terms.
Please note, you'll be charged a full monthly fee from the period when you sign up until you receive your first month’s social media posts. This covers the initial design costs and is taken as a month’s payment up-front.
We guarantee to have your first month’s posts/content ready on your monthiversary, as long as your Onboarding form has been returned to us within 48 working hours, and we’ve received all the necessary permissions to access your accounts.
Next steps
You'll receive your invoice and confirmation of payment shortly after submitting, followed by our ‘Welcome’ email.
This will be followed closely by our ‘Design’ email, which includes a button to complete our ‘Onboarding’ form. Once this is filled out we'll get straight to work!
Finally, you’ll receive our ‘Permissions’ email that will help you to provide us with the necessary access to be able to post to your social accounts.
